Turnaround depends on your package and how quickly we move through content and feedback, but some projects can be completed in as little as a week. Before you sign on, we'll walk through your specific project and give you a clear timeline so you know what to expect from day one.
Yes, you'll provide your own photography. If you'd like extra help, we can source stock images for an additional charge. As for website copy, you're welcome to write it yourself or bring in a copywriter, and we'll guide you through the process either way so nothing feels overwhelming.
Projects are split into two payments: 50% due upfront to reserve your spot and get started, and the remaining 50% due at launch. This keeps things simple and straightforward from start to finish.
Cypress Design Haus doesn't currently offer e-commerce or online store design. My focus is on custom websites for service-based businesses that want a site as polished and professional. If you're not sure whether your project is a fit, reach out and we can talk it through.
That depends on your package. The Dynamic Package includes CMS access so you can add or edit service pages and blog/articles yourself. The Essentials Package is a static site, so larger updates would go through us. Every project includes website training so you know how to manage what's editable.
